Delivery times begin one business day after the order is placed. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped.

Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may require additional days for delivery.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products you purchase on the US site as specified on your order confirmation. For international shipments, the customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes. Garb is not accountable for any fees charged by customs.

2. Shipments and Delivery

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

For security reasons, Garb online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery.

Upon delivery, please ensure that the number of boxes delivered are as stated on the delivery confirmation document, and that the package is not damaged in any way. Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or any discrepancy between the number of boxes delivered, should be immediately notified by indicating in writing on the courier’s delivery documents.

You bear all risks of loss and damage to the products from the time the same have cleared our fulfillment house. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the products passed to you upon acceptance of shipment by a common carrier. In the event that the carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at points of delivery or otherwise, Garb will not be responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier.

3. Shipping Restrictions

Garb will ship globally where possible. At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled.
